Description

All amendments to the Rules must be submitted to CSOS for approval and are no longer lodged with the Deeds Registrar. A special resolution cannot be passed at a trustees meeting, only ordinary trustees’ resolutions (majority votes), prescribed management rule must be followed in terms of Management Rules.
